Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all patient communications, including outreach, engagement, scheduling, and follow-up
Coordinate virtual visits and outpatient procedures with internal providers and external partners
Manage and update patient information across internal and external systems with accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a clinical, healthcare operations, or patient support role
Proven ability to manage detailed workflows and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Demonstrated initiative, independence, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience as a medical assistant or in a similar patient-facing role preferred
