Job Description :

We are looking for a visionary Platforms Director to lead our Global Enterprise Shared Platforms team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, reliability, and continuous improvement of our platforms, ensuring we deliver exceptional service and drive technological innovation.

The Platforms Director will manage cross-functional teams of Technical Architects, Engineers, and other technical professionals. You will be accountable for managing the infrastructure budget, leading R&D initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.

Scope of Platforms

• Enterprise CI / CD : Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
• Observability Platform : Based on the ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for comprehensive monitoring and logging.
• Data Streaming Platform : Leveraging Kafka for real-time data ingestion and processing.
• Enterprise Cross-Cloud Kubernetes Capability : Utilizing GKE (Google Kubernetes Engine) to manage containerized applications across multiple cloud providers and environments.
• Enterprise In-Memory Databases : Based on Redis for high-speed data caching and session management.
• Enterprise Generative AI Platform .
