Within the Scooter’s Coffee brand sits Harvest Roasting, which includes our warehouse, bakery, and roastery. Harvest Roasting serves as the supplier to all of our coffeehouse locations, including corporate and franchise owned, providing weekly product deliveries of the vast majority of products needed for daily business.

DESCRIPTION
Did you know that Scooter’s Coffee roasts our coffee beans and bakes our baked goods and distributes them to our stores? We are looking for a Warehouse Associate that will help pick, organize and load products from our warehouse and prepare them for delivery to our coffee houses and kiosks.
We are also looking for someone who can be flexible and is willing to be a backup delivery driver when needed. No experience necessary, just the willingness to learn!
LOCATION
This position is a 100% in person role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person on all scheduled work days and must reside in Omaha, NE.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately pull for receiving and load and unload delivery trucks
- Operate forklift and Electric jack
- Monitor product to ensure quality is maintained
- Receive, check, and stock incoming product
- Perform HACCP duties as required and maintain necessary logs
- Ensure lines are provided with the needed materials daily
- Communicate with department leaders regularly
- Maintain first in first out and monitor inventory
- Communicate with suppliers / venders
- Perform work in the freezers including, but not limited to, picking, pulling, storing and arranging product
- Responsible for CPG order picking and distribution and communication with external vendors on products
- Communicate transfer plan between distributions centers and offsite storage
- Coordinator manufacturing product transfers internally between local warehouses
QUALIFICATIONS
- Shipping & / or Receiving experience preferred. 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing / warehouse environment preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- WMS experience preferred
- Works well in team environment and individually
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to safety
- Detail oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 75 pounds frequentlythroughout a day
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, climb, kneel and crouch occasionally throughout a day
- Ability to hear, see, and speak within a loud environment
- Ability to walk on concrete surface frequently throughout a day
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Successful completion of HACCP training upon hire
- Successful completion of forklift training upon hire
- Ability to pass company background screen and drug screen
