Job Description
We are seeking Call Center / Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced inbound call center supporting internal sales representatives and external customers. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to train on SAP, work with a collaborative corporate team, and grow into a long-term customer support career.

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Handle approximately 60–65 inbound calls daily (average call time 3.5 minutes).
- Provide order status updates, quotes, returns, product audits, credits, and invoice rebill information.
- Enter and modify customer orders in SAP (training provided).
- Track and confirm shipments; provide proof of delivery when requested.
- Assist with billing inquiries and process credit / debit memo requests according to department policy.
- Answer product-related questions as the first point of contact.
- Resolve order discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain performance levels aligned with key metrics (accuracy, quality, and call volume).
- Participate in 8 days of paid training prior to taking live calls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum 1 year of inbound call center experience preferred.Required Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).Experience with SAP or similar ERP software a plus.Typing speed : minimum 25–30 words per minuteMust be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.Stable work history — no frequent job changes.Preferred Skills
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Enjoys problem-solving and providing excellent communication and service to both internal teams and external customers.Pay range and compensation package
Compensation : $19–$21 / hour (contract), $22 / hour upon conversion.
