Key responsibilities for the Senior Vice President of Partner Success include the design and implementation of a comprehensive partnership strategy, the establishment of clear KPIs and ROI metrics, and the recruitment and enablement of new strategic alliances. The role also involves strengthening relationships with existing partners, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and market-ready partner offerings, and negotiating partner agreements that protect the company's competitive position. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, business development, or partner success leadership, with a proven track record in building and scaling channel programs. Executive presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment are essential. Success in this role will be measured by indirect revenue growth, increased market penetration, cost savings, and partner satisfaction and retention rates.
