Essential Functions

As a UX Designer I on the Seller Experience team, you will :

• Rapidly prototype, build and ideate on product designs informed by user needs, data, business objectives and technical capabilities; resulting in scalable experiences that can be adopted by multiple groups and span across multiple channels of the business.
• Serve as the project UX point of contact representing the needs of our sellers and crafting experiences that promote their long-term success.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, working closely with Engineering, Product and Business partners to find solutions that meet the needs of both the business and our customers.
• Create solutions with the appropriate level of detail and fidelity for every UX design phase of the product development lifecycle, actively scaling design assets from simple sketches, design concepts, high-fidelity wireframes, clickable prototypes and final, annotated design deliverables.
• Design for accessibility standards and help maintain a standardized design language system.
• Work closely with UX Researchers / Strategists on testing protocol, collection and synthesis of customer insights to ensure UX solutions are aligned to customer expectations.
• Follow established design processes to ensure quality and speed of the products we deliver.

Physical Demands

The role involves the following physical demands on a regular basis :

Mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer.

Sitting or standing for an extended period of time, up to eight hours per day.
