Job Title : Temp HRIS Specialist (Hybrid)
Location : San Fernando Valley
Employment Type : Temporary | Hybrid (Remote & On-site)
Pay : $34-$35 / hr
LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Temp HRIS Specialist to support our client's Human Resources team with day-to-day HRIS administration and data management. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and hands-on experience in Workday , looking to make a meaningful impact on HR operations and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer the Workday ERP system , including user account management, permissions, and security roles.
- Maintain accurate employee data and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Build, run, and analyze reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders.
- Assist with system configurations, testing, and upgrades to support new features and integrations.
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members and managers on Workday navigation and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to streamline processes and enhance HRIS efficiency.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in application and user account administration, with a background in business or data analysis.At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Workday ERP administrator .Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Equal Opportunity Employer / Veterans / Disabled
