Department Overview

The Underground Program organization is working to reduce wildfire risk every day as we underground 10,000 miles of distribution lines. We are responsible for working across all internal teams and engaging external stakeholders to support successfully meeting our goals and reducing wildfire risk in our hometowns. We work in an exciting and fast-paced environment.

Position Summary

Conducts research, data analysis, budgeting, forecasting and reporting in support of business decision making, strategy and operations. Participates in business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives. Develops, manages and coordinates performance and quality assessment, business process re-engineering, change management, communication and training.

Job Responsibilities

• Performs analysis on complex data models requiring customized reports and data. Manages small to mid-size projects. Executes configuration and administrative functions within the WFM scheduling tool, including Intraday performance configuration, security profile management, and configuration of reporting structures.
• Develops and uses metrics to develop recommendations related to business strategy and operations. Presents findings and recommendations to leaders

PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.

Although, we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.
