Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients
Resolve customer requests through various communication channels
Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Previous experience in a customer service role
Experience in a contact center / call center environment preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus
