Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and solution-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
