Responsibilities
Become a subject matter expert in UWM’s applications, automated testing tools and testing / defect managementDesign, build and manage automated test frameworks and scriptsActively participate in UWM’s Agile culture and framework (i.e., Continuous Improvement Culture, Scrum and Kanban Frameworks)Carry out functional and non-functional testing, including web accessibility, product app security, server-side load and performance, and client-side page speedReview results of automated tests and taking appropriate action (i.e., file defects, updating test code / data / configuration, etc.)Ensure that any areas not covered by automated tests are validated via alternate mechanismsImprove product and code testability by influencing design at the architecture phaseCollaborate with other functions, including product management, product development and designersPlan, define and execute test strategies in a multi-screen, multi-platform web application environment, and ensuring they are released to production with high qualityCommunicate and collaborate within your team and the IT team as a wholeQualifications
Required :
7+ years of experience in software testingStrong coding skills, in one or more programming languages such as C# and / or PythonExperience with implementing Performance and API automationExperience defining test strategy in collaboration with business stakeholdersExperienced with Thunder client. RestSharp, K6 and / or JMeterExperience with Integration and Mutation TestingProficiency with relational databasesExperience with non-functional testingHighly collaborative mindset and a good team playerAbility to communicate complex technical issues and solutions in a clear, simple and understandable wayOnsite, full-time attendanceComputer-related degree or equivalent experiencePreferred :
Extensive experience in PythonProficiency in baseline testingExpertise in Dynatrace, Splunk or any monitoringMobile automation tools such as XCTest, Espresso and ApplitoolsMortgage knowledge or experience
