With our platform, grocers can easily offer online ordering and same day pickup and delivery directly from the store while owning the customer experience, which builds better relationships with existing customers and helps find new ones.
Similar to a Shopify specifically for grocers, were providing stores with the technology and tools to compete with e-commerce giants.
About The Opportunity
As a Customer Support Representative you are the gatekeeper of Homesomes customer experience. It all starts with you, you are the first interaction when our customers need help.
And it ends with you bringing the smile to our customers.
You will be responsible to resolve customer concerns and requests in a timely manner and with the most positive attitude.
You will help our customers over the email, chat and phone calls, and ensure our customers are successful on Homesome. You will also be responsible to collaborate with product and operations teams as needed to resolve the customer requests.

- 2+ years of Customer Support experience in software industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong drive for results and growth
- Self-starting attitude and ability to drive to resolution with minimal oversight and instructions
- Proven ability to deal with ambiguity and solve complex customer problems
- Proven ability to deliver customer happiness in difficult interpersonal situations
- You must be a team oriented person and demonstrate passion for helping the team get to the next level
