Job Summary
The Regional Director oversees facilities management across multiple sites within the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role provides strategic leadership, manages P&L, and fosters a culture of safety and collaboration. The Regional Director partners with internal leadership and client stakeholders to align operations with business objectives and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including hard and soft services, preventive maintenance, and asset management.
Lead regional P&L management, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to budget targets.
Ensure compliance with government, environmental, and safety regulations.
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of facilities professionals.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal business partners, and vendors.
Qualifications
bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities and hard services management
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
