We have a Manager of Therapy position available with our growing organization at our state-of-the-art Franciscan OrthoIndy location to open in West Lafayette, Indiana in January 2026.

The Manager of Therapy supports the therapy department by managing daily operations, staffing, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role provides guidance to staff (approximately 5 direct reports), oversees performance and training, and collaborates with leadership to ensure quality care and smooth workflow. In addition, the position delivers direct patient care, documents progress, and educates patients and families to promote successful rehabilitation outcomes.
