Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical / Orthopedic unit on the Day Shift. This position offers a dynamic and supportive environment for RNs with a passion for patient care, particularly in post-operative orthopedic and general med-surg cases.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med Surg and Orthopedic settings.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs, physical condition, and emotional well-being.
• Educate patients and families on post-operative care, pain management, and recovery goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and progress in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Respond to patient needs promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications :

Experience in acute care , LTACH , home health , or rehab settings will be considered.
