This position requires strong attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do : Maintain accurate daily and future surgery schedules Coordinate with anesthesia, charge nurses, and physician offices for scheduling and updates Compile call schedules and assist with high-volume phone communications Relay time-sensitive information to staff, departments, and vendors Notify staff of early starts and assignment changes Communicate equipment and supply needs for special procedures Ensure schedules align with staffing, equipment, and supply availability Support departmental flow and problem-solving across units What You'll Need : High School Diploma required; Medical Office Administration Certificate or higher preferred 2+ years of experience in surgery scheduling or acute care setting preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and computer systems Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to remain professional and composed in high-pressure situations Join a team where precision and collaboration drive exceptional patient care.
