A premier, 100% employee-owned (ESOP) heavy civil contractor is seeking a seasoned Heavy Civil Bridge Superintendent to oversee complex bridge construction projects in the Cincinnati area. Key Responsibilities

• Field Command : Supervise all phases of concrete and steel bridge construction.
• Safety & Quality : Enforce strict safety standards and ensure work meets contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Scheduling : Develop, maintain, and execute project schedules, utilizing a two-week forecast to proactively solve issues.
• Resource Management : Coordinate and manage crew labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material vendors.
• Leadership : Lead daily field operations and conduct weekly foreman meetings.
• Stakeholder Relations : Maintain positive working relationships with project owners and regulatory bodies.
