Human Resources Business Partner
Reporting to the Chief Administration Officer, the Human Resources Business Partner is a trusted advisor to leadership team and regional leaders. You'll drive a high-performance, inclusive culture by elevating leadership capability, advancing the talent lifecycle, and solving complex people challenges across a multi-site environment.
As critical driving force part of the HR team, the HR Business Partner is responsible for developing in-depth business knowledge and identifying opportunities to apply HR expertise that drive and promote an engaged, diverse & inclusive, high performing work culture. This integral team member is mastering the execution behind complex HR initiatives and driving them forward.
As the driver of high-quality people-focused business outcomes the HRBP is experienced working in high volume organizations partnering with business leaders to drive forward business initiatives related to the workforce.
Responsibilities
- HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders on workforce planning, org design, change management, and culture / engagement initiatives.
- Lead complex employee relations and investigations, coach on performance, corrective action, and risk mitigation.
- Own performance and talent processes (goal setting, calibrations, succession, development planning).
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, talent flow, compensation) and present insights with actions.
- Ensure multi-state compliance (wage / hour, EEO, ADA / leave, policies); conduct audits and training.
- Advise on pay practices, and internal equity, partner with TA on critical hiring and onboarding where necessary.
- Support integration for acquisitions / practice transitions; facilitate manager training.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; HR certification (PHR / SPHR / SHRM-CP / SCP) preferred.5+ years progressive HR experience with significant employee relations / investigations in multi-site or healthcare settings.Proven influence / coaching skills across all levels; sound judgment, and confidentiality.Data-driven, resourceful, and hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Proficiency with HRIS / reporting tools; some regional travel required.Why Join Us?
