Return Center Operations Support - Orlando
Coordinating the shipment of recycle materials
Assigning pick-ups to carriers based on product, vendors, carriers, buyers, delivery destination and order type (domestic versus export) and authorizing the trailer's release
Scheduling and coordinating the delivery of trailers to departments
Utilizing tracking tools for analysis and documentation (i.e., summaries, reports)
Scheduling the return of lease pallets and shipments of pallets sold
Providing administrative support for the Return Center Management Team

Required Qualifications
- Have one year of office experience
- Willing to work a variable work schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Be able to successfully complete battery of Clerical & Microsoft Skills Tests (before his or her start date in the position)
- Have computer skills
- Have oral and written communication skills

- Have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have a knowledge of office etiquette, proper phone etiquette, filing, grammar rules, and written and verbal communication

- Have knowledge of mathematics (e.g., adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, creating formulas)
