Position Summary : Under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Supervisor and Data Analyst,

the Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for accurate processing of payments while

reconciling discrepancies to ensure compliance with district policies and regulations. The role

requires frequent communication with school sites, district teams, and vendors.

Minimum Qualifications :

Education :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in any finance field desired
