Key Responsibilities

Lead complex automation and AI initiatives to enhance operational performance

Manage transitions of operational processes to streamlined automated systems

Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and communicate outcomes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field

8+ years of experience in program / project management or business transformation

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives

Strong experience in automating manual processes and deploying AI technologies

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
