Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language PathologyAssistant (SLPA) to join our team and support students across Texasschools. This is a full-time opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helpingstudents overcome communication challenges and succeed academically.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Implement individualized therapy plans and assist with IEP execution
• Conduct screenings and document student progress
• Support students with communication needs in academic settings
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to reinforce speech and language goals
• Assist with AAC systems and other communication tools
