Responsibilities :
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will play a crucial role in providing essential speech and language services to students within the Modesto area.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students' academic success.
- Providing direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Monitoring students' progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Requirements :
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess :
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of California.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
