Video & Graphic Designer Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in design or similar preferred but not required.
Experience
- Experience in graphic design, video, and other creative fields. Ideally in a large church environment.
- Experience with graphic, video, and photo editing software is required.
- Experience running social media accounts preferred.
Abilities
- Ability to design and create professional graphic and video content.
- Ability to work with Creative Team and speak into events, environments, series, signage, and communications.
- Ability to handle diverse problems and challenges, and quickly execute in a fast paced, deadline-based work environment.
- Ability to organize, plan, and schedule projects and see them through to completion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills as necessary to film testimony and other sensitive videos, work with talent, etc.

Responsibilities
The general responsibility of the Video & Graphic Designer is to manage the creation of all media content, signage, series graphics, videos, etc.
Content would include : sermon series packages, event / ministry promotion, announcement / testimony videos, social media / website content, various print material etc.
- Following, championing, modeling, and supporting the staff leadership values.
- Interface with Executive Pastors and Senior Pastor, or other ministry leads as requested, to create content matching the feel of the series or event.
- Provide regular and consistent photos and videos from weekend services and other church events
- Work with, and help build, our Creative Team for special services, service elements, and overall help influence and encourage the creativity of how we share the Gospel.
- Schedule, shoot, direct, and edit testimony videos regularly to help share stories as much as possible.
- Meeting with and maintaining mutually supportive relationships with other staff.
Relationships
- Reports to the Creative Arts Pastor.
- Work directly with Technical Director, Connections Director, and others to ensure media is ready and content is accurate.
