Job description2+ years of experience in a healthcare startup, consulting firm, or payer / provider organization Proven involvement in cross-functional, strategic initiatives Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders Experience collaborating with partner organizations or customers Proficiency with data analysis tools, particularly spreadsheet-based analysis Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., workflow diagrams, gantt charts, risk registers) Enthusiasm for new models of care, with the ability to inspire and motivate others Intellectual curiosity with a willingness to solve problems across a variety of domains Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks Relentless focus on patients and caregivers. Associate, Strategy & Operations
Synapticure is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to support growth and operational excellence across the organization. This role will work cross-functionally with clinical, product, data, and operational teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and support leadership decision-making.
Job Duties What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and engage potential provider partners to expand programs and services
- Build and maintain partner relationships to support collaboration and program compliance
- Manage administrative elements of partner contracts, amendments, and program oversight
- Lead CMS GUIDE and other program administration, ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Coordinate operational tasks, reporting, and program tracking
- Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across teams
- Monitor operational metrics and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility
- Collaborate with the data team to define and track success metrics for programs
- Audit program success with care teams and support CMS data submissions
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
- Assist in managing cross-functional projects from inception through execution
- Define project scopes, coordinate timelines, and ensure effective communication of outcomes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and gather feedback on process or technology gaps
- Support leadership in strategic planning, market research, and evaluation of growth opportunities
