Associate, Strategy & Operations
Synapticure is seeking an Associate, Strategy & Operations to support growth and operational excellence across the organization. This role will work cross-functionally with clinical, product, data, and operational teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, optimize workflows, and support leadership decision-making.
Job Duties What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and engage potential provider partners to expand programs and services
- Build and maintain partner relationships to support collaboration and program compliance
- Manage administrative elements of partner contracts, amendments, and program oversight
- Lead CMS GUIDE and other program administration, ensuring compliance with guidelines
- Coordinate operational tasks, reporting, and program tracking
- Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across teams
- Monitor operational metrics and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility
- Collaborate with the data team to define and track success metrics for programs
- Audit program success with care teams and support CMS data submissions
- Present data-driven findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats
- Assist in managing cross-functional projects from inception through execution
- Define project scopes, coordinate timelines, and ensure effective communication of outcomes
- Identify opportunities for innovation and gather feedback on process or technology gaps
- Support leadership in strategic planning, market research, and evaluation of growth opportunities
Requirements What We Look For In You
2+ years of experience in a healthcare startup, consulting firm, or payer / provider organizationProven involvement in cross-functional, strategic initiativesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholdersExperience collaborating with partner organizations or customersProficiency with data analysis tools, particularly spreadsheet-based analysisFamiliarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., workflow diagrams, gantt charts, risk registers)Enthusiasm for new models of care, with the ability to inspire and motivate othersIntellectual curiosity with a willingness to solve problems across a variety of domainsStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risksOur Values
