Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join our team as a Quality Analyst Tester. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing, with the ability to design and execute test cases, identify and troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous quality improvements. Whether your background is in manual testing, automation, or both, we value a proactive mindset and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

The Enterprise Project & Program Management Quality Tester Consultant I is accountable for leading most aspects of multiple low-complexity projects or programs under the mentorship of a more senior project or program manager. The projects or programs managed have a low level of risk, organizational span, business complexity, team size, and interdependencies.

Key Responsibilities

Assesses and reports health of all projects or programs objectively, providing project transparency and accurate status updates

Engages appropriate stakeholders in risk identification and mitigation

Provides direction and oversight throughout the project lifecycle to meet business requirements

Drives achievement of project or program success factors

Coordinates, documents, and communicates project plans and requirements

Acts as an internal advocate for the project

Proactively identifies, resolves, and escalates (as needed) project or program risks / issues

Achieves desired business results by thoroughly understanding business objectives

Plans and implements most aspects of projects or programs

Supervisory Responsibilities

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Compensation

Base compensation offered for this role is $50,700.00 - $78,570.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
