Customer Success Manager
Zubie, an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued customers. This role is responsible for managing a dedicated book of business, focusing on onboarding new clients, maintaining account health, conducting business reviews, driving renewals and expansions, and gathering testimonials. This role requires strong communication, customer empathy, problem-solving, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
- Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals.
- Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals.
- Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience.
Training Requirements :
3-5 years of experience in account management or customer success required.Relevant industry experience in automotive fleet, rental, or telematics preferred.College degree preferred.Bilingual in Spanish preferred.Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, and / or Hubspot.Experience in delivering web-based training for customers via phone, Zoom, or email.Excellent communication and relationship building skills.Strong project management and prioritization skills.Proficient in MS Office products.Benefits :
