Convergentz, a division of the Hunton Group in Houston, TX, has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team as a Security and Low Voltage Service Sales Account Manager . In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new service sales opportunities in the security and low voltage systems industry. This includes maintaining relationships with existing clients, generating service agreements, upselling additional services, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires knowledge of low voltage systems including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, fire alarms, and structured cabling. This role is primarily field-based with regular visits to client locations. Occasional office work and attendance at trade shows or company events may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new service sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their service needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Generate and present service agreements, proposals, and quotes for system maintenance, upgrades, and repairs.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Stay informed of industry trends, technology developments, and competitor offerings.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
