What Youll Do

Youll work alongside experienced engineers and learn by doing contributing to real projects from day one. Your work may include :

• Supporting the design of roads, bridges, building structures, or site layouts.
• Helping develop plans, calculations, and technical reports.
• Preparing permitting documents and assisting with project coordination.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to solve engineering challenges.
