• Assistwithconferenceroomtechnologyandhardwaresetupasneeded.
• Deliversupportviaphone,in-person,andwalk-upchannels.
• Maintainaccuratedocumentationofissuesandsolutions.
• StayengagedwithemergingtoolslikeCopilotandcontributetoitsadoptionandusage.
