Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales processMaximize overall profitability of sales teamPrior automotive dealership management experience (required)Knowledge of DealerTrack, V-Auto, and E-leadsCDK Experience (preferred)Display outstanding compliance track recordMeet dealership sales goalsProvide training and support to sales staffAssist in closing deals and establish trust among our clienteleDemonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performanceDrive business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operationsLead the negotiation process ensuring the customer understands their vehicle purchase and pricingWorking with computer systems for onboarding new hires, inventory management, training and dealership management softwareAnalyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performanceValid driver's license with acceptable motor vehicle record is requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent experience requiredWhat you can bring to the table :
