IR Assistant

Our client, a hedge fund, is seeking an Investor Relations Administrative Assistant to join their team. The hours are 7 : 30am-5 / 5 : 30pm with flexibility for overtime. This role is fully onsite, five days per week at their office in Manhattan. Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Investor Relations team, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and document management
• Maintain and update investor databases and CRM systems with accuracy and attention to detail
• Assist with preparation and distribution of investor communications, reports, and presentation materials
• Support data entry, tracking, and analysis for investor meetings and follow-ups
• Coordinate investor documentation and assist in ensuring timely responses to investor requests
• Partner with team members to streamline workflows, manage follow-ups, and maintain organization across the department Job Requirements :
• 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally within finance or investor relations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
• Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn about investor relations and financial operations Compensation / Benefits :
• Up to $120K base salary + bonus
