Summary Of Duties

The Product Manager - Endoscopy will lead the strategic and tactical marketing efforts within Merit's Endoscopy portfolio. This role will require upstream and downstream product management responsibilities including opportunity analysis, market research, new product development and introduction, cross-functional collaboration, leadership, commercial execution, sales support, and portfolio optimization. This role will focus on driving growth, innovation, and commercial excellence for the Endoscopy portfolio.

Essential Functions Performed

• Opportunity Analysis

Identify and evaluate unmet customer needs and market gaps for future product innovation.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior.

Lead the integration of new products into the Merit Endoscopy portfolio.

Serve as the central point of contact between engineering, design, marketing, and sales for the Endoscopy portfolio.

Champion the product vision and strategy across the organization.

Align product strategy with business goals and revenue targets.

Onboard existing collateral and develop sales tools, training materials, and objection-handling guides.

Oversee product performance from launch through sunset.

Essential Physical / Environmental Demands

Lifting Not to exceed 50 lbs. local practice may apply. Writing, Sitting, Standing, Bending, Visual acuity, Color perception, Depth perception, Reading, Field of vision / peripheral.

Summary Of Minimum Qualifications

Education and / or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (MBA, MS preferred). Work related experience equivalent to five years of product management and / or sales...
