Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support by proactively anticipating team needs
Develop visually clear presentations from various inputs and manage scheduling for meetings and travel
Handle confidential information with discretion and facilitate communication with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of administrative work experience required
Proven ability to create compelling presentations from diverse inputs
Strong situational awareness and experience managing confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools
Previous experience working with and tracking budgets is strongly preferred
