Senior Vice President of Software Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Vice President, Software Engineering Leader (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute software engineering and enterprise architecture strategies to support various business functions

Lead and develop a high-performing organization, establishing engineering standards and agile practices

Monitor industry trends and technologies to inform strategic direction and maintain a competitive edge

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 7 years in executive leadership roles

Experience leading large-scale engineering organizations (200+ associates) in retail or similar industries

Strong background in enterprise architecture and modern retail technology platforms

Ability to partner with senior business leaders to drive technology strategies

Exceptional leadership and change management skills
