Essential Functions : Diagnose, adjust, and overhaul of diesel engines on all vessels and equipment operated by FICA. Perform preventive maintenance on all Marine machinery.

Responsibilities :

• Performs preventive and routine maintenance on all vessels, trolleys, ramps and any other marine related equipment.
• Follow preventive procedures ordered by the manager or foreman.
• Perform in house repairs on main engines, generators, electrical, hydraulic and air systems.
• Report repairs needed or unusual findings to immediate supervisor
• Present professional attire at all times
• Maintain proper documentation of all maintenance, repairs and observations
• Follows preventive maintenance procedures
• Comply with all Fisher Island standards, policies and procedures.
• Communicate (read, write, speak) professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain working areas clean.
