Description :

Lakeshore Beverage is seeking an experienced Manager to direct its Warehouse team. We're seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities who will identify opportunities and implement procedures to grow efficiencies within our operation. This position is full time, Tuesday thru Saturday; Tuesday thru Friday starting at 10 : 00am and Saturday starting at 6 : 00am. The successful individual will be able to :

• Select, train and supervise the warehouse team members, and hold them accountable for their performance;
• Organize and assign work to effectively utilize available skills, knowledge and experience, labor hours, machines and tools to obtain most favorable cost, accuracy and completeness outcomes;
• Develop and implement procedures and performance trackers that facilitate reduction of breakage, out-of-date, overages and shortages;
• Direct daily receiving, warehousing, repacking and replenishing activities;
• Monitor and ensure product freshness through proper product labeling and rotation;
• Manage inbound and outbound freight claims;
• Proof and reconcile invoices and credits;
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies by collaborating with others;
• Process in-transit invoices and credits monthly and follow-up on outstanding cooperage / pallet returns;
• Promote a safe work environment and require safe work procedures compliance.
