Lead Product Manager

The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product management of a fast-growing, evolving set of clinical and hospital products. The ideal candidate will have significant PBM experience (5+ years) and thrive in high growth environments. Essential job responsibilities include : defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals; leading end-to-end product lifecycle; partnering with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time; using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success; serving as the voice of the customer; managing stakeholder communication and ensuring alignment across executive, business, and technical teams; and monitoring product performance, defining KPIs, and continuously iterating to improve adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

Preferred skills / experience include : preference for MBA, MPH or similar advanced degree; preference for Certified Product Manager (CPM) or similar certification; and preference for 340B Program knowledge.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
