Role Overview :
This role will be supporting the Indiana OSHA program as an administrative assistant. High priority tasks will include but are not limited to : processing documents within the statutorily designated time frame, reviewing and filing documents into inspection files, as well as being able to accurately receive payments and fill out check receipts. This role will require multiple critical skills, with the most necessary being excellent organization and workflow management, high-level communication and professional correspondence skills, as well as exceptional use of Microsoft Office applications. This is a central office position reporting to the Indiana Government center south location daily.
Salary Statement :
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $34,216.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
