To assemble a team of highly skilled professional spotting drivers that are willing to travel on short notice to support all our locations.
This team will aid current sites (vacation coverage) as well as start-up sites. Candidates will also assist with training as needed at any of the new start-ups.
The team will be divided and assigned to each of the tree regions. The regional Site Managers will be assigned to dispatch team members to locations within their region.
If needed, team members can also be dispatched to location outside their assigned region. This may be especially true for a new Spot start-up location.
