At Glide, we’re building one of the fastest-growing home services companies in the country. We’ve doubled every year, are looking to close in on $10M ARR by EOY, and plan to double each of at least the next 4 years as we chase the 9-figure mark.

What We’re Looking For

• Someone who has had experience in a home service business scaling from $10M - $100M.
• CROSSFUNCTIONAL Can manage the finances, dive into analytics, and lead vision for operations
• Incredible aptitude – catches on quickly, thrives in a high pace environment.
• 5-7+ years of experience in finance, operations, or strategy roles
• Strong background in FP&A and financial modeling
• Negotiation skills for leases, vendor contracts, and agreements.
• Proven ability to scale processes and lead teams through rapid growth.
• High attention to detail and data-driven decision-making.
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
