Summary : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level CNC Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of CNC machinery, capable of independently setting up and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts. We are mostly a short run shop with 80% of our runs being less than 30 pieces which equates to multiple set ups a day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical data to set up and operate CNC machines.
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and tool changes efficiently.
• Ability to perform multiple set ups a day.
• Conduct quality checks on machined parts using precision measurement tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machine operation and tooling.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety protocols.
• Document production activities, machine settings, and inspection results.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiencies.
