Job descriptionAble to lead workshops Able to present to leadership Willing to grow their leadership skills Microsoft Office suite Power Point Azure dev ops preferred 1st round phone screen 2nd round virtual (Teams) Engage with users to carry out research and testing to identify and interpret needs and pain points Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision-making Work across disciplines (UX, Product, Engineering, Business & Operations Leaders, Users, Partner Organizations) to balance business and customer needs and deliver impactful AI first capabilities. Ensures prioritization and trade-off discussions are customer-focused Leading Agile ceremonies with no oversight Write and groom user stories, maintain the product backlog and deliver measurable, incremental value to users and the business Self-motivated, smart and willingness to learn Ability to build effective relationships across a range of business levels and communicate clearly Ability to find simple solutions to complex problems with the user at the heart Eye for detail and a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve best possible results Demonstrable passion for the discipline of Product Management Understanding the principles and importance of a good user experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Data-driven and proactive in identifying problems early and prioritizing deliverables
Job Title : Product Manager
Location : Richardson TX 75082 (M-F 8am - 5pm) (Hybrid 2x / week Tues / Thur)
Duration : 12 Months - C2H
Must Have Skills :
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to lead conversations
- Understanding customer needs and what the actual requirements of that are.
- Must be highly organized
- Must be a self starter and know what the next steps would be
- Must be able to communicate well on the non-technical side of product
- Must be able to produce quality PowerPoint to explain products
Nice to have skills :
Years of Experience : 3-5 years
Education : Bachelor's degree required - Business degree preferred
