Workplace Strategy Consultant
As a CBRE Workplace Strategy Consultant, you will manage the delivery of multiple small to medium-sized programs for the client. Primarily, the Workplace Strategy Consultant's role is to execute the client's vision. This may include but is not limited to documenting governance frameworks, developing and maintaining project plans, coordinating stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations, and ensuring vendor compliance.
Contribute to strategic plans for optimizing clients' program portfolios. Grow business relationships with new and existing clients.
Collaborate with clients and internal partners to understand direction and program needs. Forecast requirements against business and engineering conditions.
Identify data for the creation of solutions. Produce a visual display of quantitative and qualitative information. Illustrate relationships that impact programs.
Collaborate with stakeholders through change management.
Assist clients in accepting flexible ways of working and aligning business management to adopt change.
Prepare project plans for enhancements and system fixes. Maintain thorough knowledge of business and application needs and changing workplace environment.
Measure work environment efficiency, effectiveness, and expression. Attend client meetings and address any potential issues with clients.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques / procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Show proactive leadership among the project and client teams but does not have direct supervisory responsibilities in this position.
Anticipate needs of clients and teams and create communications materials in draft form for review / comment.
Present to large groups (virtually and in person) which may include senior clients and CBRE leaders.

Must have : Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Nice to have : Experience with the Microsoft Account within CBRE. PM certification

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Strategy Consultant is $100,000 annually [or $48.07 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Strategy Consultant is $125,000 annually [or $60.09 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
