Job Title
This position is responsible for establishing and managing engagement development and activation strategies that support enterprise growth opportunities.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties :
- Develop market activation strategy and build out campaigns to support activation goals
- Plan and optimize the buyer experience across activation channels and content formats
- Engage and influence internal stakeholders (including sales) to develop core assets and aligning buyer needs to business solutions to craft in-market positioning
- Measure and report on key goals, engagement, interactions and consumption
- Identify trends, insights and best practices for new activation development and formats.
- Manages testing of activations including content (including calls-to-action) across activation channels
- Works closely with broader team to build out new and updated materials for demand generation
- Manage relationships with outside vendors and contractors as needed
- Develop new ways to distribute core engagements including podcasts, videos, and other mediums
- Work closely with thought leaders in the organization to leverage for engagement opportunities
- Create new ways to cultivate engagement including community development, social, PR and media
- Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, business analysts, and developers to identify and solve business needs
- May perform other duties as assigned
Job Specifications :
4-year college degree required with at least 5 years of Marketing experience with an emphasis on content marketing, social media and demand generationA high degree of initiative, creativity and problem-solving skills will be expectedStrong understanding of media, marketing-sales funnel metrics, and how they can be analyzedExperience in managing content delivery and channel distributionExperience in WebCMS, marketing automation and other marketing technologiesAbility to leverage analytics and data to inform market activations strategyUnderstanding of CRM and Marketing automation platforms (Salesforce and Marketo a plus)Proficiency in Excel and PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and manage cross functional teamsUnum and Colonial Life are part of Unum Group, a Fortune 500 company and leading provider of employee benefits to companies worldwide. The base salary range for applicants for this position is listed below. Unless actual salary is indicated above in the job description, actual pay will be based on skill, geographical location and experience. $75,500.00-$142,700.00
