We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic liaison between HR and our client groups across Arizona, Nevada, Wyoming, Colorado, and California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys frequent travel, thrives in dynamic environments, and understands the unique challenges and strengths of smaller, locally rooted teams.

Travel & Territory

This position involves regular travel throughout AZ, NV, WY, CO, and CA to collaborate directly with leaders and employees in smaller communities. You'll be the face of HRlistening, learning, and leading initiatives that make a real impact. This is more than a jobit's a chance to shape the future of work in communities that often go overlooked. Strategic Partnering

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, offering tailored HR solutions.
• Lead people-related aspects of change management, organizational design, and other projects.
• Analyze data trends (engagement, turnover, etc.) and develop proactive strategies.
