Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows, forms, lists, and automation rules
Audit and maintain HubSpot workflows for efficiency and reliability
Manage and resolve internal HubSpot-related tickets for over 100 users
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in an operations role
Hands-on experience managing internal help tickets (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot Service Hub)
Experience with HubSpot workflows and automation
Technical proficiency in G-Suite & Excel
Advanced or Near-Native English proficiency
