Customer Success Specialist

This role involves managing all aspects of property and casualty insurance products within the commercial insurance space. Seeking candidates with prior commercial insurance experience who thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment OR interested in obtaining a property and casualty insurance license.

• Deliver high-volume customer service, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries.
• Collaborate closely with commercial producers to build and maintain a strong book of business.
• Assist with quoting new business and preparing renewal documentation.
• Handle client calls regarding certificates, coverage questions, and account servicing needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with underwriting teams across our carrier network.
• Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF tools.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage interruptions with a positive attitude.
• Logical and critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working with clients at all levels.
• Must obtain a South Dakota Property & Casualty Producer License within 90 days of hire.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00 / yr.
