What You'll Do Here
Work alongside the VP, Corporate Communications to design and implement a comprehensive internal communications programs to support different areas of the business, including :

Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Minimum of 10 years related internal, or internal and external, communications experience, from program strategy development through implementation. Experience integrating communications programs to amplify the effectiveness of message delivery across all platforms and relative audiences. Proven success in building relationships and collaborating across matrixed organization. Experience in disseminating corporate messaging to a multitude of audiences. Experience using executive thought leadership to aid in company storytelling and establishing industry credibility. Articulate communicator with the experience and confidence to provide daily counsel to senior leaders. Experience with both developing strategy and implementing tactics for sophisticated communications programs. Excellent writing, editing, and presentation building skills, with the ability to adapt content to various leader "voices" and align to business priorities. Ability to work well with employees at all levels across the organization. Client service mentality; excellent teammate, putting the business needs and those of the leader ahead of standard approaches; always willing to experiment with new ways to communicate to achieve the best outcomes. Expertise in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint.

Compensation
At Cengage Group, we take great pride in our commitment to providing a comprehensive and rewarding Total Rewards package designed to support and empower our employees. The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. In this position, you will be eligible to participate in the company's discretionary incentive bonus program. This position's bonus target amount, which is not guaranteed and is dependent on individual performance and overall company results among other factors, is provided below. 20% Annual : Individual Target $101,900.00 - $132,450.00 USD.
