Role Description : We are seeking a

  • driven, customer-focused, and personable Insurance Account Representative
  • to join our team. This position plays a vital role in identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, and supporting our agencys growth goals.

    • What Youll Do :

  • Develop new business through networking, referrals, and lead generation
  • Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend personalized solutions
  • Educate customers on coverage options, policy features, and comprehensive protection
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service for policy inquiries, billing, claims, and more
  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to meeting team sales goals
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to promote insurance products and services
